REGION 17 CAUCUS SCHEDULE
No Caucus Monday

*Please note this is a ticketed event with limited attendance. Advance Registration Required!

Just like last year, C.A.R. will be closing down a city block and filling it with food trucks, bars, music and games! It's a night of socializing and celebration you won't want to miss.

Wednesday, May 1st - LEGISLATIVE DAY

9:00am – 11:30am Morning Briefing – Sacramento Convention Center

11:30am - 1:00pm Region 17 Lunch @ Cafeteria 15L - 1116 15th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814

*This is a ticketed event for Major RAF Donors of $449+ Only

Thursday, May 2nd

11:00am - 3:30pm Board of Directors Meeting / Convention Center

The session is estimated to conclude by 3:30 p.m., but the ending time could be earlier or later than that. Directors are expected to be present for the entire meeting. Please do not make arrangements to depart before the meeting concludes. A box lunch will be provided for C.A.R. Directors.

All Directors must obtain a voting card from the Electronic Voting Desk on Wednesday, May 1, or on Thursday, May 2 prior to 11:00 a.m. Please remember to leave the voting device and the voting card on the table at the conclusion of the Board of Directors session.
