GLAR was pleased to partner with Neighborhood Housing Services of Los Angeles County (NHS) on a free homeownership fair focused on first-time homebuyers on Saturday, July 9th. This Fair helped educate over 70 people about the process and resources available to become a homeowner, and connected them with leading experts in real estate, lending, title and more. NHS is a participant in C.A.R.'s Housing Affordability Foundation's down payment assistance program, which offers grants of up to $10,000 to first-time homebuyers to assist with their down payments.
