We understand that there are many opinions and interpretations regarding the language of both the City of Los Angeles and County of Los Angeles Safer at Home Orders. While we are working with the California Association of REALTORS® and communicating with both the City and County, we have not changed our position on supporting both Orders as they are currently written. Here is a summary of the key points, with changes in bold.

City of Los Angeles (Revised April 27, 2020)

Housing units and real property may be shown, provided that appointments and other residential viewings occur virtually. (The April 27 order updates the April 10 order to read 'housing units' instead of 'vacant units.')

1. If a virtual viewing is not feasible, by appointment with no more than two visitors at a time residing within the same household or living unit and one individual showing the unit.
   
2. In-person visits are not permitted when a tenant occupant is still residing in the residence, unless the owner first obtains the tenant’s written consent.
